We’re always trying to improve your experience of Noted and appreciate any information that you may have that will help us solve the problem. Here’s how you can get in touch with us regarding the issue you’re facing:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Feedback and fill in the form, or tap Support to email us.
  • macOS: Click Help on the top menu bar, then select Support.
  • Drop an email to support@notedapp.io.

Please include details of what went wrong and provide some screenshots where possible. Our support team is attentively listening to your feedback and ready to assist.
